Hi everyone. When we last spoke I weighed 125 pounds on February 19. On February 22. I weighed 122 pounds and that night I ate cooked food. The next morning I weighed 123 pounds. On February 27, weighing 123 pounds, I ran a 5k race in 32:00. The next morning I weighed the same. On March 6, I weighed 122 and that night we ate at my favorite all you can eat Chinese buffet. When I eat Chinese food these days I go very easy on the soy sauce to keep the sodium content down. The next morning I weighed 124 pounds. On March 17, weighing 119 pounds, I ate Chinese food that night, and the next morning I weighed 123 pounds. On March 19, I weighed 121 pounds and ate cooked food that night. The next day I weighed 123 pounds, and ate cooked food that night. On March 21, I weighed 121 pounds. The next day I weighed the same. That night I ate cooked food and the next day weighed 122 pounds. On March 25, I weighed 121 pounds and the next day weighed 123 pounds. On March 27, I weighed 122 pounds and ate cooked food that night. The next day I weighed 119 pounds. On March 29, I weighed 119 pounds and ate cooked food that night. I find if I only eat raw food during the day and cooked food at night, I have more energy throughout the day, because cooked food uses a tremendous amount of your body's energy to digest it. I am going to sign off now. I will continue this in another article. This will probably be the last Failure to thrive article because I am thriving now. Until I see you then, take care
