Failure to Thrive part 4
Hello again. The last time we spoke, I left off on November 7, at a body weight of 117 pounds, I ran a 5k race in 30:56.
We pick up again on November 15,weighing 115 pounds, I ran a 1/2 marathon in 2:38:30. On November 21, weighing 114 pounds, I ran a 5k race in 32:27. On Thanksgiving Day, November 26,weighing 114 pounds, I ran 5k race in 31:17. On December 2. at the doctor's office my blood pressure was 100/62.
On December 5, weighing 115 pounds, I ran a 5k race in 34:04. On the weekend of December 12-13, I was entered in The Ancient Oakes 100 mile Endurance Run in Titusville, Florida. It was to be my fourth attempt to complete 100 miles in 32 hours. I tripped over a tree stump and took a really hard fall, a few hours into the race, because I was talking too much with some friend and not paying attention to the trail. This set me up with some nagging injuries, so about six and a half hours into it at about 21 miles I called it quits. At least my wife and I had a nice mini vacation staying in a nice hotel.
On December 31,2009 I weighed 114 pounds. I was really craving Chinese food, so that night, my wife and I went to our favorite all you can eat Chinese buffet restaurant. The next morning I weighed 120 pounds. I continued eating raw and cooked food until
January 11. I weighed 124 pounds then.
On January 24, after having eaten 100% raw food for the past twelve days, I weighed 119 pounds. That morning I ran a 10k race in 72:08. That night I ate Chinese food again. The next day I weighed 120 pounds. I ate all raw that day. the next day I weighed 118 pounds. That night I ate cooked food, and the next day I weighed 122 pounds. Enough for now. I will continue in part 5. Until then, take care.
